Hi, I’m Sanzhi.

I’m a founder-facing ecosystem builder based in Singapore, working across AI, crypto, developer communities, and early-stage startups.

At Amber Group, I lead incubation ecosystem initiatives and serve as Head of OpenArena.to. I build founder programs and deal-sourcing channels through the AI x Crypto startup competition BUIDL_QUESTS, Demo Day, investor dinners, and founders dinners, connecting founders with investors, developers, and strategic partners.

Previously, I worked as a developer community ops leader and initiated ReAI, a community exploring the intersection of AI agents, crypto, and open-source builders.

Before this, I worked in art museums and cultural spaces, where I curated exhibitions, ran artist residency programs, and built cross-disciplinary collaborations between art, technology, and communities.

Outside work, I like vibe coding, writing, thinking, snowboarding, and hiking. I’ve built small experiments like mempool.asia, and I’m exploring how to express technology through art, not just as storytelling, but as a mirror for reflecting on contemporary society.

我是一名面向创始人的生态建设者，常驻新加坡，工作横跨 AI、Crypto、开发者社区与早期创业公司。

在此之前，我在美术馆与文化空间工作：策划展览、运营艺术家驻留项目，并推动艺术、科技与社区之间的跨界合作。

工作之外，我喜欢 vibe coding、写作、思考、单板滑雪和徒步。我做过一些小实验，比如 mempool.asia，也在探索如何用艺术去表达技术——不只是作为叙事，更是作为一面映照当代社会的镜子。
